However, if you encounter any issues with our embroidery designs, our customer support team is always available to assist you.


***Before embroidering on the finished item, you should embroider on the test cloth.

***This is an embroidery file, it is digital file. Not a patch. You must have an embroidery machine to use these designs.

***Once downloaded, the file must be decompressed using Winzip or Winrar
Please be aware that most of the files are stored within a Zip folder,
and you will need to have the appropriate software and knowledge to unzip them.
Please note that refunds will not be given and files will not be sent via email.
